- Wound was present for 26 weeks
Patient history
- Diabetes, venous insufficiency, lymphedema, fibromyalgia, hypertension, and obesity
- Prior wound complications included cellulitis and wound infection
- Patient could not be casted due to fall risk (pending right knee arthroplasty) and lymphedema
