Chorion removed

The chorion is separated from the donated amnion tissue



Antibiotic treatment

Amnion tissue is mechanically cleaned and incubated in antibiotic solution for 18-24 hours



Rinsed

Amnion is washed to remove antibiotic residue



Affinity sized, added to tray with AlloFresh solution, and sealed

Bioburden testing is completed on incoming samples, as well as in-process and final packaged product



Refrigerated

Affinity should be stored with refrigeration between 1 °C and 10 °C until ready for use
